I bought this new at the beginning of 2020. I printed out a few docs and then it wasn't used again until today, Oct 12, 2020. Now when I go to print everything seems to be ok, it even sounds and acts as if it's really printing. Ink levels are full because it was only used 2-3 times to print. After acting like it's printing it spits out completely blank pages! I downloaded the Print and Scan Doctor App but it just hangs at the 'DRIVER CHECK' icon and at the bottom of the screen it says: "There is a problem with the printer driver", and that's all this app does, I tried it several times from the beginning, but it never goes past what I've already described.
So then I tried several times to download the Print driver for the series of my printer 2600, and when I go to open and execute the app, it doesn't do anything 😞 I don't know what's going on and I've been at this all day, ready to throw this out the back door - If it wasn't for the fact that this is basically new-unused and had worked at first it would be in the trash right now, but like most people, I hate throwing money away!!!! I have 5 shipping labels to print out before midnight, and if I don't, I lose all those sales! Please help! I have a Dell laptop running Windows 10 and connected via usb cable if that helps.
