Welcome to HP forums, I see that the color cartridge light is on and you are unable to use the printer.

I am eager to assist you.

Are you getting any error message?

Did you check the ink levels?

Meanwhile, follow the below steps:

Make sure the color ink cartridges are correctly installed

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Open the ink cartridge access door.

The carriage moves to the center of the printer.

  3. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

  4. Gently press down on the ink cartridge to release it, and then pull the ink cartridge out of its slot.

      caution:

Do not touch the copper-colored contacts or the ink nozzles. Touching these parts can result in clogs, ink failure, and bad electrical connections.
