Welcome to HP Support Community
I would like to help
Please try these steps
First let's restore the Printer's Network settings back to default
Press and Hold the Cancel & Wireless Button together for 5 seconds
If the Wi-Fi Direct icon on the printer display is off, press and hold the Wireless button and the Resume button together for three seconds to turn it on.
B. From your computer, turn wireless on, search for and connect to the Wi-Fi Direct name, for example: DIRECT-**-HP DeskJet 2700 series. Enter the Wi-Fi Direct password when prompted.
Note: You can use the default WiFi-Direct Password 12345678
C. In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address or hostname assigned to the printer
2. Click the Web Services tab.
3. In the Web Services Settings section, click Setup , click Continue, and follow the onscreen instructions to accept the terms of use.
4. If prompted, choose to allow the printer to check for and install printer updates.
NOTE: If a printer update is available, the printer downloads and installs the update, and then restarts. Repeat the instructions above to set up Web Services.
5. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page. Follow the instructions on the information page to finish the setup
Thank you
