First off this might be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I just want someone to walk me through and trouble shoot my initial set up. I called, was transferred 5 times, then out on hold for an hour before hanging up. I called back again and was told to do the virtual desk. Once I did that I gave it my serial and product #. It said it couldn’t be found and to check the website. How can I not get someone on the phone? It’s insane to me. 

But I bought this printer second hand. Attempting the initial set up to have this hook up to my WiFi. I hit the WPS key on both the printer and router and the printer still can’t find it. I would like to print from my phone. I look through all of the manual and did the tutorial video from the HP website and still nothing. 

This will probably come to nothing because I haven’t received a call back or any answers from HP in general but it’s my last shot.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
