I just moved house, all the hardware is exactly the same and my HP Deskjet 3630 will not connect by WiFi
So far I have printed 30 odd pages for Quick Start Guides, Wireless Network Test Results, HP Network Configuration Page!
Used HP Print & Scan Doctor 6 times says setup is OK
Gone to Add Printer and it says your printer is connected by USB would you like to connect via Wireless, YES PLEASE I reply and each time eventually comes back and says it can't do it.
My details
Sky Fibre
SQY Q hub 2.4ghz & 5ghz
Once it said my printer was connected to 5Ghz change it to 2.4ghz, shows a link but no help!
I have searched endlessly as to how to change on Sky Forum but all help is out of date.
I have tried to rest the printer to factory settings , using several different methods and again nothing. it did once ask for a password that I have never setup up
Diagnostic results oddly said I had 7 other networks using my SSID, again searches provide no help.
@JAY_G24 has provided reset info to other users via PM , I have requested his help via PM
So HELP would be gratefully appreciated
