Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

 

i have a Deskjet 3720, my black ink is full and recently changed my coloured ink, I have done second level cleaning and allign, I have cleaned the cartridge but the black ink still will not print, only the colours are printed.

Dear Sofia10,

 

I would recommend making sure that the cartridge is not expired or damaged.  If the cartridge is expired than I would recommend either replacing the cartridge, or to follow steps online to unclog the cartridge manually. If it is not expired, then I would recommend calling HP Support. They will be able to connect to your printer remotely, and may send a replacement cartridge if necessary.
