Deskjet 3720 custom password set against EWS

Deskjet 3720 states a custom password has been set against the printer and cannot turn on web services. I don't recall having set a password and have tried all I can think of and searched for manufacturer defaults. I would like to perform a factory reset so that I can restart the process of setting up so that I can register for instant ink.

Since this printer does not have a touchscreen please contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
