Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I'm in the process of printing transparencies for screenprinting, the transparencies are 8.5" x 14" (Sized at the largest size my printer prints), I've set my large paper format to 8.5" x 14" in my local printer settings, but when it prints it resizes my designs and shrinks them to letter sized. In photoshop I have my designs on a 8.5" x 14" sized project, it's never a direct translation when it prints, they come out much smaller. I would love for my designs to be realized as they are in photoshop. Save me!
