Hi @Kasaty,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

A constantly flashing wireless light on your HP DeskJet 3772 typically indicates that the printer is not connected to a wireless network. Here are some steps to resolve this issue.

Restart Devices

  1. Turn off your printer, router, and computer or mobile device.
  2. Wait for about 10 seconds, then turn on the router first.
  3. Once the router has restarted, turn on your printer and the device you're using.

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

To reconnect, you’ll need to put the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode:

  1. On the printer, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons at the same time until the Power light starts flashing.
  2. Go to your computer or mobile device, open the HP Smart app, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer and connect it to Wi-Fi.

If the printer does not connect:

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi network name and password are correct.
  • Move the printer closer to the router, as distance and obstacles can weaken the signal.

Reset Network Settings (if needed)

  1. Press and hold the Wireless button until it blinks, then press the Power button once.
  2. Open the HP Smart app again to reconnect.

After completing these steps, the wireless light should remain solid, indicating a successful connection. If the issue persists, you might consider resetting the printer to factory defaults and repeating the setup.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
