Hi @Kasaty,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
A constantly flashing wireless light on your HP DeskJet 3772 typically indicates that the printer is not connected to a wireless network. Here are some steps to resolve this issue.
Restart Devices
- Turn off your printer, router, and computer or mobile device.
- Wait for about 10 seconds, then turn on the router first.
- Once the router has restarted, turn on your printer and the device you're using.
Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi
To reconnect, you’ll need to put the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode:
- On the printer, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons at the same time until the Power light starts flashing.
- Go to your computer or mobile device, open the HP Smart app, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer and connect it to Wi-Fi.
If the printer does not connect:
- Make sure your Wi-Fi network name and password are correct.
- Move the printer closer to the router, as distance and obstacles can weaken the signal.
Reset Network Settings (if needed)
- Press and hold the Wireless button until it blinks, then press the Power button once.
- Open the HP Smart app again to reconnect.
After completing these steps, the wireless light should remain solid, indicating a successful connection. If the issue persists, you might consider resetting the printer to factory defaults and repeating the setup.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
