HP Recommended

Brand new HP Deskjet 4155e - took out of the box today - tried to install, and it has been a NIGHTMARE.  Got partially installed, and then got an error saying I couldn’t continue.  Ever since, every time I try to install, it gets stuck on “sending network information”.  I’ve tried uninstalling HP Smart & reinstalling it… tried using my mobile device as well as laptop… NOTHING works.  Any advice??
