Product: deskjet 5258
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This printer has been a problem since purchased.  All attempts to clean - align - different cartridges - still poor print quality.  Now with Windows 10 this printer does not show up as supported...…..or not supported!!  

 

Worst HP product I've ever owned.  I can no longer print to it (over local Wi-Fi) even though every utility says oh yes it's there and everything is OK!!

 

I can spend even more time trying to figure this out...….but I think a trip to the dumpster and go get a another vendors product is probably the right answer!!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
