Hi @teampsycho ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

HP Solution Center is often replaced by HP Printer Assistant or other applications for newer operating systems. Please note that developments might have occurred since my last update, so I recommend checking the official HP website for the latest information.

Here's a guide on how to set up your HP Deskjet F4500 on a new computer running Windows 11:

Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the official HP support website (https://support.hp.com) and navigate to the "Software and Drivers" section.

Enter Your Printer Model: Enter your printer model, in this case, "Deskjet F4500," and select the exact model from the list.

Select Your Operating System: Choose "Windows 11" as your operating system.

Download and Install Drivers: Download the latest full-feature software or drivers available for your printer on Windows 11. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.

Use HP Printer Assistant (if available): After installing the drivers, check if HP Printer Assistant is included in the software package. This tool often replaces HP Solution Center for newer printers. If it's available, you can use it for various tasks, such as scanning, checking ink levels, and troubleshooting.

Windows Settings: Windows 11 has built-in printer settings that you can access through the Settings app. Make sure your printer is set as the default printer, and you can manage various printer settings there.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
