Product: Deskjet Plus 4120
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hello, 

I am trying to set up my new printer, the Deskjet Plus 4120, on my MacBook. 

When I use HP Smart, it finds the printer but does not connect to it. I have read through and followed much of the guidance and watched videos on YouTube yet I am still not able to connect. 

Can someone help me to resolve this issue, please?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can try to reset the printer wireless setting and try using the Macbook or iphone to connect again?

Once connected, would strongly advise to update the Firmware to the latest version:
