When you say "run the printer installer again", do you mean I should run the original installation disc, or something else ?  Trying hard to follow instructions and not to make an error !!

I am  trying to follow your directions.   I installed Revo Uninstaller per your directions, and I got to the point of clicking on the SCAN  button, which completed.   The scan shows LOTS of results in Found Leftover Registry Items, yet I find NO  Select All  button as per the instructions.   I am aprehensive about going further until I hear back from you for fear of uninstalling something important !!

If this doesnt help, I dont know what else to tell you. I can only do so much on a forum.

If you have other strange things happening on your system also, the only thing I can suggest at that point would be to reinstall or refresh the factory settings of the PC.

The button at that location in my window says "Deselect All"

So in other words, the boxes are already checked. No need to Select All as its already done so, which is what I said to do in my instructions.

So go ahead and Delete them.
