New printer.  Installed, uninstalled, installed.  Checked disk utility.  Zero HP printer after uninstall.  When trying to update firmware or driver, 'device not reachable".  There is iPv4 and Bounjour -- neither works.  How can I fix this?

Issue resolved by HP Tech Support for Mac OS.  Safari browser did not work; downloads hadn't worked either time.  Tech used 'Log Me In", deleted printer from System Preferences, downloaded Chrome browser for software and updates, installed the software, deleted Chrome browser.  Functions tested and everything works.

If you have a similar issue, contact HP Tech Support for printers.
