HP Recommended

Officejet 9122e   I have done setup at least a dozen times....spent over 9 hours trying everything that is suggested at HP and online.  code: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001   "SETUP INCOMPLETE" IN THE PRINTER DISPLAY  and it says it is required to be registered to an HP account.   Well, it is registered....was done when I bought it.   It wants to re-register it,
but HP software won't let that happen.
