Product: HP LaserJet Pro M404dn

Hello HP community, I was wondering if there was a setting to disable sleep/hibernate on M400 series of printers while running on linux. There seems to be instances where the printer hibernates and does not wake up from any lp/print command but it queues just fine.

Hello ThatOnePerson, 

 

Your printer's operating system does not have any option to completely disable sleep: the longest you can set such threshold is 1 hour. For complete shutdown you can go up to 8 hours.
