I am stuck at disabling the Private Pickup
After enabling it and print some private documents, I disabled it again from the Print Anywhere menu item, however still every print job sent from my PC (windows 10) still being sent as private pickup.
Tried to restart but no luck, any ideas is appreciated

I understand you would like to disable the Private pickup feature.
To enable or disable the Private Pickup feature perform the following steps.

Click My HP Account or Account.

Click Manage HP Benefits, and then click Print Anywhere.

Enable Allow Printing from anywhere.

Enable Require Private Pickup.
A Private Pickup tile is automatically added once the Private Pickup feature is enabled.

If the issue persists, try reinstalling the HP Smart app.

Thanks for the reply, As I mentioned in my questions, I already disabled the Private Pickup from the Allow Printing from anywhere, however still every print job sent from my PC (windows 10) still being sent as private pickup.
The only way I was able to fix this is to uninstall the Smart HP entirely and remove the virtual printer from my device and setup everything again

I am also having this problem. Private pickup is DISABLED and yet every job I sent is sent to private pickup queue.
I have tried resintalling HP Smart, resetting the web services on the printer and even restore to factory default and yet it still won't print. All jobs get stuck in queue and the worse is that you can't even cancel the jobs in the queue. When you click cancel, nothing happens. So the jobs I sent 2 days ago are still "printing".
