Product: Envy 4520
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Returned after two week vacation and found "HP Network Configuration Page" had been printed in my absence with nobody with access to Computer of printer.

Tried to print a Microsoft word document from Mac Desktop and would not connect to printer.

Then printer display froze blank and unable to turn off power from On/Off button.

Have tried taking power cord out of printer socket and leaving for at least 60 seconds but does not resolve problem.

Can anybody help please?

I came across your post and I understand your concerns

 

Since the printer is not responding after the Power Reset, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options


Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
