1.  Please download and install  HP Printer drivers for MacOS from the next link:

 

2. And go to System Preferences > Printers then Add the printer.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.

Ok, just to be sure,  I did a download test with the link provided and I was able to download file.

 

Try again with Firefox browser.

 

Probably MacOS system is asking for that permission, just provide your credentials to your own Mac system and download the file.
