Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Where is the software for this printer/scanner?  I have downloaded it several times from HP website but it seems no longer available.  I am prompted to sign up for something called HP Smart which is completely useless and doesn't get the software on my computer.  Do I need to go to a third-party website to download a simple software program.  Is HP supporting its printers anymore?  Really frustrating.  Any help would be appreciated.

It uses drivers, software, manuals .... from the 4650 series:
