Microsoft Windows 11

I want to know whether the HP LaserJet 1020 works in Windows 11.  I saw some information that it didn't.

Edited:

YES!!!

I got the printer to work in Windows 11!  I went to the driver installer here in HP support:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-laserjet-1020-printer-series/439423?jumpid=in_r11839_us/en/S...

I ran the installer, which does not finish 'normally'.  However, in Windows 11, you can go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.  Click Add Device.  After waiting for Add Manually link to show up, click it.  Plug in your printer.  Select 'Add a local or network printer with manual settings'.  Click next.  Select the USB port with the printer.  Click Next.  You can now select the driver under the manufacturer 'HP'.

Glad to hear that you did not settle for the mis-information that you found. Clearly on the driver page is shows a driver for Windows 11 and while installs do not always go as planned, if HP has posted drivers they should work. Thanks for posting your success.
