Don't have setup cartridges for HP Deskjet Plus 4155

Hello,

I recently bought an HP Deskjet Plus 4155 printer at a tag sale and am trying to set it up. I have brand new ink cartridges for it, but do not have the setup cartridges. Can someone please tell me how to reset the printer and bypass the "Use SetUp Cartridges" error message?
