Chrome OS

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my Laserjet m15w printer using a PC / Tablet running Chrome OS.
The problem is the following: I cannot find the option for double-sided printing at the time of printing.
With Windows this does not happen and it allows me to print documents in double-sided mode.

In my office I also have an HP Envy 4520 printer and with it I can print double-sided documents from my Chromebook, so I thought that the problem lies in the firmware of the Laserjet m15w printer which does not support double-sided printing on the Chrome OS operating system .

Is there anything I can do? Could you implement double-sided printing on Chrome OS with a printer firmware update?
Thanks.

@lorenzobianco93, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The printer does not support duplexing, you will have to use the manual duplexing option to print two-sided. Refer to the HP LaserJet Pro M14-M17 - User Guide for help.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
