Double slide printing

• Is that HP 580 printer can’t have double slide printing? And it seems that it can only print docs in the hp app which is not very convenient…Or actually I can print in other websites?

The HP Smart Tank 580 All-in-One printer does not inherently support automatic double-sided (duplex) printing. However, you can manually print on both sides of the paper by reinserting the pages according to the instructions provided in the printer’s user manual or via the print settings dialog box of the software you're using.

In terms of printing documents, while the HP app is a convenient tool that offers additional functionalities and easy control over your printing tasks, it is possible to print documents from other applications and websites. Your HP Smart Tank 580 should work with any application that allows printing, as long as it is connected to the same network and installed correctly on your computer or device.

To ensure you can print from other websites or applications.

Install Printer Drivers: Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. These can be downloaded from the HP website.

Ensure Connectivity: Confirm that your printer is properly connected to the network or directly to your computer.

Select the Printer: When sending a print command from any software, ensure that the HP Smart Tank 580 is selected as the printer.

Using these steps, you should be able to print documents from various applications and websites, not just the HP app.
