Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a firmware update, I get an error indicating that my cartridges are blocked. I have spent hours trying to figure out a way to downgrade the software. Setting to allow downgrade and other options in the same menu does nothing. When I try to send the firmware it doesn't work. I also tried the FTP method but the printer rejects the FTP connection.  Has anyone else figured this out yet? There appears to be a class action lawsuit against HP regarding this very issue. It is extremely frustrating.

HP Recommended

The printer doesn't support FTP that method is out. Do you have an older firmware version as .exe file?
