The default font changed when I upgraded the firmware to 20220111. Where can I downgrade back to a previous firmware?

I'd love to help.
We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
Please do check your inbox on the communities page for the private message.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

I did the reset and the firmware is still 20220111. When I did the reset the printer started the "79 service error" loop where it powers up for maybe 30 seconds, shows the "79 Service Error" and resets. The only way to stop it from this loop is to use its webpage and go into Networking/Advanced, turn off WS_Print and WS_Discovery and hit apply. But I guess the good news is this long way around fixed the italics font.
