Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed latest firmware upgrade in error.  Now I have (10) unopened GENUINE HP INK CARTRIDGES that I can't use.  Can someone please provide the file to downgrade the firmware?   There are several online, but my virus defender continues to block them. Thanks.

No reply needed.  I finally located a .RAR file and downloaded the file.  RAR wants you to purchase, but I did not and it let me unzip the .RAR file.  Ran file and now prints without issues.  Did make sure to turn off any notifications of firmware updates.  (And yes, my defender did not want me to run the executable, but I did since attached to an older computer.)
