Product: HP Envy Photo 6232
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I tried to set up my HP Envy Photo 6232 on my Windows Vista 32 bit (they're compatible). I connect it with USB cable, I find the drivers, download them but when I try to install them nothing opens.
Windows doesn't find drivers authomatically nor manually, so I can't use my printer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The HP software must be completely uninstalled and removed of the system. the printer software must be uninstalled first, Uninstall HP printer software and drivers 

 

First download only this complete package: "HP ENVY Photo 6200 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories ".
