Product: HP Pavillion laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to download drivers for my Brother printer. I was told by Brother tech support that I will need to change my computer so that the download will go directly to my c:\ root drive. It can't seem to download to the normal download directory. I tried to do this but my download went to c:\users\.... or c:\downloads

Just create a temp directory and when you download specify that directory.   Make sure you don't have a 'save to' folder/directory already set.  If you do, you need to change it in your browser.
