Printer Wireless, Networking & Internet
I have been getting an error message, Driver Check: Driver conflict detected. In Word it says, "printer unavailable". I have tried the scan doctor's recommendation of uninstalling the printer and reinstalling the printer several times, but nothing seems to work. I was in the middle of litigation preparing time-sensitive documents when the error messages appeared. I have had to go to KInko's to print some documents costing me time and money when I am supposed to have an HP printer at my home office to do the printing. I tried to set up the printer as the default printer but it would not work. I cannot print my documents from Word but only from the app.
