Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hard drive failed and I had to buy a new hard drive and install Windows 10 again.  After downloading Microsoft Office 365 and typing out a paper in Word, I tried to print the document and came up with a message saying "driver not available."  I went to the HP website and downloaded what I thought would be the driver but still cannot get printer to work.  What is happening?  Why can I not download a driver for this printer.  I have a HP 1006 Laser Jet from HP.
