I have not been able to print to my Tango for 2 weeks know. I have deleted and reloaded MANY times and still get the same message under the installed Tango, "Driver Unavailable". A deeper dive into problem and I get a meesage saying that the driver is not signed.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I understand that your HP Tango printer is not installing drivers on Surface Pro 4.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue. If the built-in print driver does not install automatically, manually add the printer in Devices and Printers.

  1. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the computer or tablet with a wired (Ethernet), wireless, or USB cable connection.

  2. Swipe from the right side of the touchscreen, or move the mouse cursor to the lower-right or upper-right corner of the screen to open the Charms bar.

    Opening the Charms bar

  3. Click the Search icon.

  4. Type Devices and printers in the search box, and then click Devices and Printers in the results.

  5. Click Add a printer.

If your printer is not listed in the results, go to How do I troubleshoot my printer connection for troubleshooting steps.

  6. Select your printer, and then click Next.

  7. Wait while Windows RT detects the printer on the network and installs the print driver.

  8. After the installation completes, the Add Printer window displays. Either accept the default printer name or rename it, and then click Next.

  9. Select whether to share the printer over the network, and then click Next.

  10. Set the printer as the default printer, and then click Finish.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
