HP Envy 7640 all in one
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I had a problem printing and used the print & scan doctor which solved most of my problems. I reinstalled the printer

software & drivers from the CD, tried the Print & scan Doc again and came up with driver conflict. what is going on?

I did unstall the sw first, maybe if I download the SW and reinstall instead of the CD it will fix it. Thanks
