Hello.

I've been to the HP site and downloaded the file for the installation of the printer but as it is installing the files on my hard drive (the initial message is "Preinstalling the driver files") it shows "Installing the files on the hard drive" and then the loading window disappears and nothing else happens. I've tried it a few times now with the same result. What is going wrong?

I am using Windows 11 Pro on a Lenovo ThinkPad and the printer is not connected to the laptop while attempting the installation - although I have also tried it while the printer was connected.

Thanks in advance.
