Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Deskjet ink advantage 3785 printer. It printed fine for several years, till a few weeks ago. I refered to the problem solver, and from the list of printers (perhaps series 3700), I managed to solve the issue. Yesterday the printer stopped printing, and trying to update drivers or any other way, didn't do anything.

You may need to reset the printer
