Hi @dumplingj,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Certainly! To find and install the driver for your HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One printer on Windows 10, you can follow these steps.

Visit HP Official Website: Go to the official HP support website to ensure you download the correct and latest driver for your printer. You can visit the HP support page at HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.

Enter Your Printer Model: On the HP support page, enter your printer model (in this case, HP Officejet J4580) in the search box and click on the search icon.

Select Your Operating System: On the next page, select your operating system. In this case, choose Windows 10. Make sure you select the correct version (32-bit or 64-bit) depending on your system.

Download the Driver: Look for the driver section and download the latest driver available for your printer and operating system.

Install the Driver: Once the driver is downloaded, run the installer to install the driver on your Windows 10 system. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Connect the Printer: After the driver is installed, connect your HP Officejet J4580 printer to your computer using a USB cable. The computer should detect the printer.

Test Your Printer: Print a test page to ensure that the printer is working correctly.

If, for some reason, you cannot find the driver on the official HP website or encounter any issues during the installation process, you may also consider using the built-in Windows Update feature to automatically download and install the driver. Here's how.

  1. Connect your printer to your computer.
  2. Go to "Settings" on your Windows 10 PC.
  3. Select "Devices" and then click on "Printers & scanners."
  4. Click on "Add a printer or scanner" and wait for Windows to detect your printer.
  5. If your printer is detected, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. If not, click on "The printer that I want isn't listed."
  6. Choose the option to add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname and follow the wizard to set up your printer manually.

This process should help you install the necessary driver for your HP Officejet J4580 printer on Windows 10.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
