I have 3 HP c4480 printers. Need to install driver for 1 on Win 11 and 1 on Win 10

HP Recommended

Tried on both win10 and win11.Download FAILED on both systems. failed at about 50%. On win  it failed when 7% from complete.  Suggestions Appreciated!
