Driver help

On Friday, I was printing things from my laptop.  I woke up Saturday to find that the driver for the printer cannot be located.  I have removed, re-added, loaded fixes and drivers from the HP help site and it still tells me "driver issue not fixed" (this from HP).  What has happened and how do I fix it?

I understand you are not able to print from your computer.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

If the issue persists, proceed to the next step.
