Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577dn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Trying to install HP_Color_LaserJet_Ent_MFP_M577-PCL-6_Win8plus_19233.exe driver in my windows 11 Home Single machine with USB but ending up with Fatal Error that says:

An installation operation took too long to execute. This is a fatal error preventing product use.

 

I did all the restarts and couldn't find a way to use my printer to use with my laptop. 

 

Note: My laptop has has Win 11 OS but hp website detects it as Windows 10 and suggesting to download the above driver pack. When I select driver for Win11 which I am not able to run on my computer as it throws some missing file error while extraction. 

 

I tried on Macbook Machine, Some how I'm able to install the Driver but when I do the test print the printer shows offline scan also doesn't work. 

 

I believe the USB cable is good coz the installation process starts only when I connect the USB cable in Windows and Mac
