Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer driver could not be installed even after repeated attempts. Driver installation is getting stuck at 99% and then aborting, saying taking too long, etc.

Hi @BITM 

1. First check the steps for install Laserjet printer in the next message:

2. Search the HP folder path for installation, something like 

  • C:\LJM427_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

Then

  • right-click the HPsetup.exe file, select Run As Administrator.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
