Hello, my printer HP DeskJet i just bought for a few days and I have used once in Wireless printer mode, it worked out completely fine. But the next time i used again the same way, it said that driver is unavailable. I tried to solve it like on community, but it still get stuck and don't work out for me. The printer printed for me the code for wi-fi direct PIN, I entered but still don't work. In the packet doesn't support the cable USB for wired connect so i just can use the wireless way to connect. can you solve it? Thank you.

Hello,
In order to solve this problem, configure a new port as follows:
- On the keyboard, press the Windows logo key and the R key simultaneously. The Run window opens.
- Type control printers, then press Enter. The Devices and Printers window opens.
- Right-click on your printer icon, then click on Printer properties, click on the Ports tab, and click on Add Port....
- Select Standard TCP/IP Port and click New Port....
- Click Next, then enter the printer's IP address (e.g. 192.168.1.97) in the Printer Name or IP Address field and click Next.
- Once the port is added, click Finish and close all windows.
- Try to print.
I remain at your disposal in case of need.
Best regards,

Hello and thanks for your return,
The three tabs you are shown can only be found in Properties. The Web Services tab is only available when the printer is connected to the wireless or Ethenet network.
You've made a mistake, it's not about Properties. You have to click on Printer properties and then follow the steps indicated in my previous message.
Printer properties in the Ports tab.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
Best regards,

So sorry for troubling you that much, but strange thing is that, when I right-click to my printer, it didn't show the printer properties, it only showed properties. And i tried to find it in another window's printer, it right in front of my eyes just like you said. Here's the picture my problems.

Thanks for your return,
Make sure the printer is turned on and connected. Your first screenshot tells us that your printer is not properly installed on your computer.
Then, in the Devices and Printers window, right-click the HP DeskJet 3630 Series printer and click Remove device and then click Yes. Restart the computer.
Please use the HP DeskJet 3630 Series Full Drivers and Software to install the printer.
In case of need, don't hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,

Hello and thank you for your help, I've tried many times to connect to the printer by the wireless way, but it still the same. In my product doesn't support any label for wired connect, do I have more problems? How can I connect to the printer properly in the wireless way, even though I the first time it didn't happen problems like this?
With regards and have a nice day.
