I last printed last Saturday and an hour later tried to print again and couldn't.  I keep getting the message saying Driver is unavailable.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer (about 20 times) , I have checked for the latest drivers, I have followed a number of suggestions on various websites but no matter what I do my printer won't work.

 

Please can you help?  I'm using a HP Deskjet 2632 with a Surface Pro 7

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Which driver are you using? The HP Smart or the FULL software solution?

 

We'd suggest that you try to download and install the HP FULL software solution if possible.

 

Try this link:

https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series/12319824/...

 

Download from Software -Utility " HP DeskJet / Ink Advantage 2600/2675/2676/2677/2678 Print and Scan Driver and Accessories" and install.

 

Once it's downloaded and installed, you should be able to print and scan.
