Trying to update printer drivers but the web site can't find any drivers for my machine. Says to come back later and try again. I have been trying for 3 weeks now and also tried Chat and it didn't find any either. I have always had HP printers but this thing is the cheapest product i have ever seen coming out of HP. I have to use a piece of tape to keep the front cover closed from the day it arrived and have to take it apart to load paper in it. 

 

Evidently you cant contact HP in person any more which is another whole issue. I have to the end of the month to send this back and am seriously thinking about it. 

 

Sorry for the venting.

Latest printer firmware is available on the HP Support page

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your computer.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

If the latest firmware is already installed, then you will be notified by the printer.

 

Is there any physical damage to the tray or the front cover of the printer?
