My printer, an HP Color LaserJet CP3525dn, no longer works and I am not sure if it is because of Windows 11 update or not. 

 

I have completed:

1) Updating Windows

2) Installing drivers here: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/drivers/selfservice/closure/hp-color-laserjet-cp3520-printer-series/369...

3) Restarting

4) Checking the network connection

 

And nothing is working. 

 

On my printer, I see the internet address listed, which matches the internet address my computer says. 

 

In Control Panel, I can see my printer showing up as "new-host-28(HP Color LaserJet CP3525)", but it is grayed out.  In the description below when this grayed out printer is selected, for State it says "Network Connected", under Status it says "Driver is unavailable". 

 

So the issue to recognizing the printer seems to be the driver, but the way I am updating the driver seems not to work.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!
