Hi!

It is not possible to print directly from my Windows pc. I tried to add the printer (that I have for a few years now) to my PC through HP Smart print and through the controll panel but nothing works. Allready resetted the printer, installed HP drivers from their website, installed HP support assistand, HP Print doctor, and hp Easy start but did not manage to fix the problem...

 

I am able to print from my iPhone, but I really want to add the printer to my PC since that is my primairy device.

 

I hope that someone has a fix for this bug.

I understand that you are facing issues with printing via windows pc. I'd like to help!

Please follow the document here and see how it goes. If any errors, share the screenshot. 

And make sure the printer and the computer are on the same network (wifi).

Sorry for my late response, the e-mail updates of the HP Support Community were in my spam folder...

I unfortunately couldn't fix the issue with the webpage that you've provided. 

 

Below som pictures of the errors. They are in Dutch so I will translate:

 

 

HP Smart gives an error when trying to install the printer on my Windows 11 PC and asks me to install the printer manually through settings.

When I installed the printer manually I get the fault-code that the drive is not available and it seems that the computer only recognizes the printer as a scanner..

I hope you can help me, the printer is not that old and should still work fine. HP's reliability was the main reason of buying this printer..
