When I go to print, it is only printing blank pages.   So, I went to check my printer on HP Smart and it states that it is not installed.  I uninstall and reinstall my printer.  It still only printing blank pages and stating that the driver is not installed.  I have gone to the support page and downloaded the drivers, ran the diagnosis and fix on hp smart support, ect.  It is still saying it and not letting me print.  Help!

I see that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-In-One Printer wherein it prints blank pages.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to install the firmware update from HP smart App:

1. Go to 123.hp.com to install the app on your mobile device (if not installed).
2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap your printer name.
NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.
3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.
4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.
5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.
