Just to close this off. I had a good 30 minutes with your helpdesk who did take over my PC. Reset my ip address to a static one, did not help, rerun the security update and my printer failed. Took out the update and it worked.  I guess KB4034674 is to blame. I have tried to contact MS but as yet they have yet to call me back, even though they say they will. Trouble is in Win 10 home you cannot turn updates off!

 

HP have been brilliant with their support, Microsoft sucks!
