Product: Deskjet 2540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer worked satisfactorily earlier today but now all attempts to print fail with a variety of error messages. When I check the printer via "Settings" it is marked "Driver unavailable". I have tried downloading and reinstalling the driver software from the HP site (the operation completed successfully) but the problem persists.

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try this Uninstaller from Microsoft and then reinstall the FULL feature software again?
