Product: HP IOfficejet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In Windows update, a driver keeps coming up, download, installs but then it crops up every day afterwards, The Hide option in Windows update does not work on it, the details are HP Printer 2/10/17 20.79.1.6594. No idwea what it does, the printer is fine but how do I get rid of this nuisance ?

Thanks but no good. I do not get an error message, just the update appearing every day in Windows Update in spite of clicking on Install each time.
